ABANDONMENT:

First, the tank must be pumped out. Once emptied, the bottom should be either opened, ruptured, or the entire tank collapsed to ensure it can no longer retain water. After this, the tank must be filled with clean sand or another suitable material, then completely covered with soil. Before final backfilling, the system must be inspected by the health department—after it has been pumped and ruptured, but prior to being filled and covered.

SEPTIC TANK INSPECTION:

Thorough examination of the system. During the inspection, the size, location and condition of the septic tank will be determined. The drainfield will also be located and evaluated. If there is a dosing or lift tank, the system’s mechanical & electrical components will be discovered and examined. Our technicians will present their findings, highlighting any conditions that may indicate potential issues in the future.

SEPTIC TANK PUMP-OUT:

Removal of the liquid and floating solids/scum of the septic tank using a vacuum truck.

Sometimes when the scum is heavy, we have to add extra water to the tank and/or try to break down the solids with a high-pressure water nozzle in order to remove the solids. At times, we find solids so thick that they cannot be broken down, especially when it becomes compacted sludge stuck to the bottom of the tank. This usually occurs due to lack of maintenance.

Maintenance is an important part of a properly working system. Depending on the conditions of the septic tank we may suggest re-pumping within 12 months and/or pressure cleaning.

Foreign objects (male contraceptives, sanitary napkins, tampons, wipes etc.) in your septic tank will slowly built up and make it easier for the septic tank to overload and cause damage.

PRESSURE CLEANING:

High-pressure water used to actively break down dirt, debris and solid waste.

JETTER:

Destruction of hard to clear clogs using pressurized water which can clear away just about any obstruction.

SNAKE OUT:

Snake outs are performed using a compact draining machine to clear tough blockages.

SEPTIC TANK INSTALLATION:

New construction and replacements.

CERTIFICATION:

Application for Construction Permit (DEP4015 APP) for New System, Repair, Existing System, Abandonment, Holding tank, etc.

RISER/MAN HOLE INSTALLATION:

A riser is an attachment to the septic tank that brings up the access to the tank, flushed with the ground, to eliminate digging up the lawn every time the septic tank needs to be accessed.
