GREASE TRAP INSPECTION:

Completion of FOG Control Device (FCD) Condition Assessment.

SERVICE GREASE TRAP:

The process of pumping-out the contents inside of the grease trap using a vacuum truck. Servicing should be performed every 1-3 months depending on DERM mandate. Grease Traps are installed in restaurants and food processing facilities to prevent FOG from getting into sewer lines.

JETTER:

Destruction of hard to clear clogs using pressurized water which can clear away just about any obstruction. We suggest jetting the lines every 6-months to avoid accumulation of grease in the lines to prevent backups/overflow and clogs.

GREASE TRAP REPLACEMENT:

Grease Traps may need to be changed due to damage or DERM orders to bring the system up to code.
